Good morning entrepreneurs! I wanted to spend this month focusing on entrepreneurship. Because a lot of people don’t understand the rules of engagement they just jump in blind.
People think I’m hardcore but I think the reason they don’t make money is because they lack PROFESSIONALISM and don’t have systems, & policies in place.
For instance I have a policy of not discussing family, your children, religion, personal problems or anything outside the scope of business. Once you do you run the risk of business NOT being handled, which decreases your ability to make money. Once a person becomes friendly they respect your business less and start looking for favors and exceptions.
